You should! When you sign up for Yo!, you get a trial ticket to book your first session for free. It’s the first ticket you’ll use on your account as long as it’s still valid. The trial ticket is automatically granted when you sign up or make your first purchase—if you haven’t used one before. But heads up: each account can only use one trial ticket.

Tickets are what you use to book conversation sessions on Yo!. Each ticket equals one 25-minute individual conversation session, live with a tutor, where you practice English your way. You can also book 50-minute sessions using two tickets. Tickets can be used to book a session up to 15 minutes before the start time.

You can subscribe to monthly tickets or buy them whenever and however many you want.

It’s easy: choose the plan you prefer (Yo! Plan or Pay as Yo! Go), create an account or log in, and follow the payment instructions. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your tickets will be available for bookings on the dashboard.

The Yo! Plan is our recurring plan, with the cheapest tickets, more flexibility to book your sessions, and no long-term commitment. Perfect for those who want to practice English comfortably and hassle-free.

Besides paying less per ticket, you get 8 tickets every 30 days, valid for 45 days. And the best part—you can cancel anytime, no drama.

Another benefit is that Yo! Plan subscribers can buy individual tickets at the same price as the plan tickets and get an additional 5% discount for every 3 tickets purchased (up to a maximum of 20%). This way, you can customize your subscription with the number of tickets that best suits your needs.

The Yo! Plan originally costs R$ 299,90/month (R$ 37,48 per ticket). However, to celebrate Yo!'s launch, it’s available at a special promotional price for a limited time: R$ 199,90/month (just R$ 24,98 per ticket!).

If you subscribe now, you’ll keep this price forever, even if it's not available for new subscribers anymore—as long as you don’t cancel the auto-renewal. This is your chance to lock in the best value and practice more English while spending less.

The Yo! Plan is a monthly recurring plan, meaning it’s a subscription. The plan amount is automatically charged to your credit or debit card every month, or you’ll need to make the payment manually via PIX or boleto (Brazilian bank slip), depending on the payment method you selected. Each month consists of 30 days from the subscription date. Your monthly payment will be due 30 days from the last payment.

With Pay as Yo! Go, you only pay for what you use, whenever you use. Buy whenever and however many tickets you want, with 30-day validity. It's a one-time payment with no subscriptions or anything.

The Yo! Plan is ideal for those who want to practice regularly and save with a lower fixed price per ticket. Pay as Yo! Go is perfect for those who want to get a feel for it and pay as they go before committing to a more intense practice routine.

Keep in mind that, as with everything in life, the more you practice, the better you’ll perform. The Yo! Plan was designed for those who are serious about achieving fluency in English.

Yes! You have the freedom to cancel the Yo! Plan’s auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard. No strings attached, no hassle. To make sure the next payment isn’t processed, just cancel by the day before your monthly billing date, which you can check in your dashboard along with all your plan details. Once canceled, no further charges will occur, but if you have any valid tickets remaining, you can still use them until they expire.

Important: As long as auto-renewal is active, charges will be made monthly, regardless of whether you’ve used the tickets from each billing cycle or not. Tickets have an expiration date and are non-refundable.

You can pay via credit card, debit card, boleto (Brazilian bank slip), or PIX. Just choose what’s most convenient for you and start speaking English non-stop.

At Yo!, we want you to feel totally confident about your choice. That’s why we offer a free trial ticket—so you can test it out and decide with peace of mind before purchasing tickets. But if you change your mind after a purchase:

No worries! You have up to 7 calendar days after payment to request a full refund, as long as you haven’t used any of the purchased tickets.

If you’ve already used any of your purchased tickets, the refund will be proportional to the unused tickets, and transaction fees may apply.

After 7 days, we don’t offer refunds, but with Yo! Plan, you can cancel the auto-renewal anytime to stop future charges while still using your remaining tickets within their validity period. Just a heads-up: if you subscribed at the special launch price, canceling means losing access to that price if it’s no longer available.

For Yo! Plan, the refund policy only applies to the first month of your subscription. From the second month onward, as long as your subscription is active, we don’t offer refunds.

Acquired tickets will be available on your dashboard immediately after payment and for the Yo! Plan, the next replenished tickets will be credited on the subscription renewal date, every 30 days from the first payment date (the subscription start date).

Yep, all tickets have an expiration date. For Yo! Plan, the tickets you receive monthly are valid for 45 days. For the single tickets, likewise those of Pay as Yo! Go, the validity is 30 days. The ticket validity starts as soon as they are credited to your account.

Within those periods, you can book as many sessions as you want. But heads-up: once they expire, tickets are neither refunded nor replaced. The sooner you use them, the better for your fluency.

Absolutely! There’s no limit on ticket usage, whether you’re on the Yo! Plan or using Pay as Yo! Go. The more you speak, the better you’ll get.

If something comes up, don’t stress. You can cancel up to 1 hour before the session and get the used ticket back. But if you cancel after that, the ticket won’t be refunded, okay? We also need to consider and respect the tutor’s time.

No worries. If the tutor cancels the session or doesn’t show up for any reason, Yo! will issue you a replacement ticket with 45-day validity. This way, you can rebook with the same tutor or choose another one.
